Our incredible food vendors rely on single use materials to provide you with amazing food enhanced by culinary arts and Japanese culture. As you know, Japanese culture is especially known for it's cleanliness and waste awareness. In a similar spirit, we advocate the essential use of 100% fiber based single use foodware that supports our statewide composting programs, circular waste streams as well as natural biodegradation for soil health.
